When do we process your personal data?

We process your personal data when you submit a contact form in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation). This personal data must be processed to create a service offer, negotiate this offer, or to respond to your inquiry. Such processing is permitted by Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation. This personal data will be processed by the Controller for the duration of negotiations on concluding a contract, for a maximum of 1 year from your inquiry, unless you give consent to further processing.
